RLB spherical plain bearing quality control

In order to ensure the quality of every bearing manufactured by RLB, we have established a strict quality control system throughout the manufacturing process.From raw material organization, production, packaging to shipment, RLB has strict quality control standards and related documents to prove the quality.


All bearings undergo numerous regular quality tests throughout the manufacturing process. These include hardness, vibration and noise testing. Radial clearance was also verified and the dimensional accuracy of all bearings was measured. If the bearing fails inspection, it will never be shipped to our customer.
